Abstract: 

This paper proposes a novel hybrid conjugate gradient method for nonparametric statistical inference.The proposed method is a convex combination of the modified linear search (MLS) and Fletcher-Reeves (FR) methods, and it inherits the advantages of both methods. The FR method is known for its fast convergence, while the MLS method is known for its robustness to noise. The proposed method combines these advantages to achieve both fast convergence and robustness to noise. Our method is evaluated on a variety of nonparametric statistical problems, including kernel density estimation, regression, and classification. The results show that the new method outperforms the MLS and FR methods in terms of both accuracy and efficiency.

Abstract: 

Shaykh Zahid Gilani is Shaykh Safi al-Din’s spiritual guide. No Shaykh Zahid’s ancestors and nor Shaykh Safi al-Din’s ancestors were Gilani, but both of them Ancestors’origin was Sanjan and descent of this spiritual guide and his disciple is Kurdish.Shaykh Zahid lived among the Thalishs. Since Talish have been carried a part of Gilan always, so he known as Gilani and apparently this suffix annexed to his name later. I was wander more than twenty years about this object, until after studies in libraries and arena, I concluded that Shaykh Zahid and Shaykh Safi al-Din had the same decent origin and Shaykh Zahid’s mausoleum is in Shaykhah Karan Republic of Azarbayjan.

Abstract: 

"The Night of Qadr is one of the most significant Quranic teachings. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method, examines the temporal extent, place of descent, and the descent of angels and the Spirit on the Night of Qadr from the perspective of both Sunni and Shia interpretations." The primary focus of this research is on whether or not Laylat al-Qadr (Night of Qadr) existed before Islam, and whether it continued after the Prophet's demise. Additionally, the research aims to clarify the specific location where the angels and the spirit descend during Laylat al-Qadr. The answer to this question, in addition to specifying the temporal extent of Laylat al-Qadr (Night of Qadr), clarifies the position of divine proofs (Hujjat Allah). According to the research findings, contrary to the belief of some interpreters, Laylat al-Qadr is not exclusive to the era of the Prophet Muhammad; "rather, it existed before Islam and will continue until the Day of Judgment every year in the month of Ramadan." After the Prophet's demise, angels and the spirit descend during Laylat al-Qadr upon the perfect human, namely the Infallible Imam, who is spiritually close to the horizon of prophethood and the source of revelation and inspiration.

Abstract: 

The challenge of mobilizing knowledge to improve patient care, population health and ensure effective use of resources is an enduring one in healthcare systems across the world. This commentary reflects on an earlier paper by Ferlie and colleagues that proposes the resource-based view (RBV) of the firm as a useful theoretical lens through which to study knowledge mobilization in healthcare. Specifically, the commentary considers 3 areas that need to be addressed in relation to the proposed application of RBV: the definition of competitive advantage in healthcare; the contribution of macro level theory to understanding knowledge mobilization in healthcare; and the need to embrace and align multiple theories at the micro, meso, and macro levels of implementation.

Abstract: 

This article is about categorization of Islamic Republic of Iran’s government. the president in Iran is the head of the government and is the executive state and it means the president is the level of execution. The head of state is the supreme leader. The present study investigates the type of policy-making according to the type of government in Iran. This categorization, by following the method of Max Weber, introduces two Ideal types of government related to civil society by the names of self-Sufficient state and connection government. The purpose is to sum up the variety of discourses, performances, policies and actions of any IRI governments at a macro level orientation. Such a view can generally link up political, economic, social and cultural policy orientations according to the implications of each type of them. In these four dimensions, connection government is an elitist, modernist, deconstructive and liberal government while the self-Sufficient government has populistic, traditionalist, reconstructive and egalitarian features. In conclusion, a way for achieving more integration in choosing policies has been suggested.

Abstract: 

In this paper, we present a new hybrid conjugate gradient method for unconstrained optimization that possesses Sufficient descent property independent of any line search. In our method, a convex combination of the Hestenes-Stiefel (HS) and the Fletcher-Reeves (FR) methods, is used as the conjugate parameter and the hybridization parameter is determined by minimizing the distance between the hybrid conjugate gradient direction and direction of the three-term HS method proposed by M. Li (\emph{A family of three-term nonlinear conjugate gradient methods close to the memoryless BFGS method,} Optim. Lett. \textbf{12} (8) (2018) 1911--1927). Under some standard assumptions, the global convergence property on general functions is established. Numerical results on some test problems in the CUTEst library illustrate the efficiency and robustness of our proposed method in practice.

Abstract: 

مدلسازی سیستم همودینامیک در تصویربرداری کاربردی تشدید مغناطیسی fMRI به خصوص وقتی آزمایش fMRI از نوع event-related است، مدتهاست مورد توجه محققین بوده است. مدلسازی این سیستم با فرض خطی بودن قبلا انجام شده است که با پذیرفتن حدی از خطا به پاسخ های نسبتا خوبی منجر شده است. آنچه در این مقاله می آید معرفی یک مدل غیرخطی از سیستم همودینامیک است. این مدل که شامل معادلات حالت غیرخطی است، مدل بالون نامیده می شود. در این مقاله سعی می شود ابتدا واکسل هایی که در یک حجم خاص تحریک در آنها ایجاد شده است شناسایی شوند و سپس برای سری زمانی آن واکسل ها پارامترهای مدل بالون با استفاده از روش steepest descent تخمین زده شوند.
